  While I was eating, I noticed a eyelash on plate, but that didn't bother me too much. I continued to eat and once I turned my burger over that was unbitten.. a long piece of hair was wrapped in my burger. Absolutely NASTY! I told the waitress what was going on and she did NOTHING! Extremely furious and disgusted, I asked the manager and all he gave me was no charge, but still concern if they took this incident into consideration. First time eating here, and this will be my last. NEVER eating there agin.

  For a fast food place, there's no beating Steak 'n Shake. The sit-down service and food quality, especially considering the prices, is really top-notch based on our experiences. It explains why the place is always packed. The bright and clean atmosphere makes for an all-around pleasant experience, so much better than what's to be had across the parking lot at Wendy's. We learned this the hard way when this Steak 'n Shake closed for renovation for 2 months. We're glad they don't plan to do THAT, again, anytime soon!

  Food was good, attractive staff, could use a bit customers service training for one or two. That was just our waitress. She was young I'm sure if she get confidence she will be fine. Still food was good
