  Most times the trays are filled. There have been times when you arrive an hour or so before close and there is little to no food out. We where told they would cook us whatever we wanted. Kinda of defeats the reason to come to a buffet.
  I feel the best part has been the Mongolian grill. Pick what you want. Pick the sauce or seasoning. Hand to the cook. You can wait and watch or pick more from the steamer trays.
  The food and service most times is very good. But you have those times you feel you should have gone elsewhere..

  It has been updated since it opened. The food was marginally good. Good variety, but the chicken pieces for each entree were dry and hard to chew. The options were many, but I wouldn't pay the price I did for the quality of food twice.
