They didn't try to contact me to let me know they couldn't make the cookie cake (I ordered 3 days ahead of time) & they didn't offer anything in exchange for the cookie cake. I called our local HyVee and they were able to make a personalized cookie cake that very day....yay HyVee!October 27, 2016
